    Title: 螺旋銅線型態之複合板材對電磁波吸收效益之影響

    Abstract: 本研究將0.6cm及1.2cm之螺旋狀銅線製作複合型板材進行電磁波吸收效益之測試,並以不同含量1g、2g之螺旋狀銅線匹配不同長度分別為1.5cm、2.5cm、3.5cm、4.5cm、5.5cm之直線狀銅線長度1.5cm、2.5cm、3.5cm、4.5cm、5.5cm來進行電磁波吸收效益之測試。由實驗研究得知,螺旋狀銅線板材匹配直線狀銅線板材的電磁波吸收效益比單層螺旋狀板材和單層直線狀板材來的優異,且在匹配後總厚度1.2cm時,電磁波吸收效果比總厚度2.4cm來的佳。本研究匹配出當螺旋狀銅線板材厚度為0.6cm,含量為2g、長度為3.5cm時匹配直線狀銅線板材,電磁波吸收效果為本實驗最高,可達37dB。

    In this research, we measure tńe absorption of the electromagnetic wave by putting the different weights as 1g and 2g, and lengths as 1.5 cm, 2.5 cm, 3.5 cm, 4.5 cm, 5.5 cm of spiral copper wire and linear copper wire into the thermosetting resin respectively to make the 0.6cm and 1.2cm composite panel. Form the experiment; we know that the electromagnetic wave absorption of the spiral copper wire composite plied with linear copper wire composite is better than the single spiral copper wire composite, and we also know that the total thickness 1.2cm of the spiral copper wire composite matched with linear copper wire composite is better than 2.4cm. From the research, we know that when the copper wire composite thickness is 0.6cm, copper wire weight is 2g, and as the copper wire length is 3.5cm, the highest electromagnetic wave absorption value can reach 37dB.
