    Title: 水性PU膠囊包覆相轉移材料之製備與其熱性質之探討

    Abstract: 本研究以水性聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)為殼材,正二十烷為芯材,在1:1、5:1、10:1不同比例下,以溶劑揮發法製得膠囊。利用顯微鏡觀察其成形性,並以微差掃瞄式熱分析儀(DSC)判斷相轉移材料在包覆前後之熱性質變化及相轉移材料在相轉移過程之吸放熱的再现性。结果顯示在10:1之比例下,水性PU包覆正二十烷膠囊具有最佳的成形性、吸放熱性質典再現性。

    In this study, we use water-soluble polyurethane (PU) as the shell material, Eicosane (phase change material, PCM) as the core material to prepare the capsules by solvent evaporation method, at the shell: core ratio of 1:1, 5:1, 10:1. The formation of capsules was observed by stereomicroscope, and the eutectic temperature, reproducibility were determined by DSC. The results show that water-soluble polyurethane completely encapsulated Eicosane at the shell: core ratio of 10:1 obtained good formation, thermal property and reproducibility, is the optimal condition of this study.
