隔熱保溫材料最主要的功能在於保有和減少熱能的傅遞,增加能源使用效率,進而减少能源之損耗。本計劃擬利用阻燃聚酯中空三維卷曲纖维舆蜂巢格網,透過熱壓及黏結製程進行複合加工製作工業级功能性保溫機能性複合板材。本計畫使用了阻燃聚酯中空三維卷曲纖維舆蜂巢格網,透過此兩種材料特殊結構和材料特性賦予工業級功能性保溫機能性複合板材良好隔热、機械特性並具良的阻燃性質,材料將以複合層疊設計藉以增進隔熱能力。
The thermal insulation can maintain and decrease heat transfer also can enhance efficiency of energy reduce the energy waste. In this study the fire retarded hollow 3D crimp PET fiber and honey comb were used to manufacture functional composite of industrial heat insulation (FCIHI) by thermal compressing and chemical bonding. The FCIHI will possess excellent thermal insulation, mechanical and fire retarded properties by the special structure of fire retarded hollow 3D crimp PET fiber and honey comb. The thermal insulation capability of FCIHI will be improved by composite layers structure.
