The goal of this paper is to design a MOSFET switch found in the digital circuit Switched-capacitor (SC) and to test the SC filters at different capacitances combined with various MOS activation frequencies to find the most effective combination in the RC fitter. If we can find a capacitance to resistance combination of the SC fitter that is completely equal in the capacitance and switch frequency, we can integrate it into the circuit design. This paper presents the usage of the Xilinx software to design multiple circuit produced SC switch frequencies which are then simulated in various mixed circuits by Pspice CAD software to find the most effective equivalent capacitance. The results are then proven by experiment.
