This article examines the web page tools available for teachers who are interested in setting up their own web sites. Building upon some of the essential background issues that novice web designers must deal with, this writing provides some practical suggestions and advice for a teacher's first homepage. Having read this article, ESL teachers in Taiwan will be able to build their own home pages with confidence, so that all their students will benefit from these new directions.
