In an earlier paper, with the same title, I established a thesis that games can be used as core activities in large foreign language classes. The paper left several unanswered questions that may be of interest to fellow teachers of English as a Foreign Language. Therefore, the extant research paper will explore the basic components of games as they relate to the additional topics: (a) types and sources of language games for teaching activities; (b) examples of games that can and cannot be used successfully in large classes; (c) experiences in using some different types of games in large EFL conversation classes in the Language Center of Chinese Culture University; (d) some suggested criteria for selecting and using games in large classes; (e) explanations of somep games for your use; and (f) some advice and cautions in using language games.
