    Abstract: 本研究為製作澱粉糊液,以硼砂當交聯劑,用氫氧化鈉降低其糊化溫度,再製作出不同比例的澱粉糊液,澱粉糊液的膠黏度控制在管線中能自由流動,探討其在製程中順暢的流動不膠化的時間的控制與膠化所造成的製程障礙。將其黏著於長5公分寬3公分的瓦楞紙張上加熱乾燥後,再進行各項物理拉力強度測試,得到其接著強度進行研討。
    研究得知,澱粉糊液反應時間越長黏度越大,特別是四小時內黏度上升緩慢,6小時之後黏度急遽上升。且使用純玉米澱粉製成糊液,將其黏於瓦楞紙板上,黏度越大,接著強度越大;本研究混合木薯澱粉,以1:2、2:1比例,且以純木薯澱粉製成糊液,經由萬能拉力試驗機分析,得知木薯澱粉混合越多,接著強度越大,而以純木薯澱粉糊液擁有最大接著強度。

    This paper is using borax as Crosslinking agent to make starch solution and use NaOH to decrease the temperature of starch glue. The viscosity of starch glue get under control with corrugated cardboard adhesive process into pipes and those glue are free to flow. We also disscuss about the control of nonglued time and the effect of gluing in process. We spread same quantity of the solutions on a corrugated paper which is 5cm long and 2cm wide. After the corrugated paper is dried, we start to survey its physical tensile strength and the viscosity of the starch solution.
    The research knew, the starch glue is reaction time longer viscosity to be bigger. Especially in four hours the viscosity rises slowly, 6 hours later the viscosity rises hurriedly. And using pure corn starch makes the starch glue, and mounts it on the corrugated cardboard. The viscosity is bigger, the adhesive strength is then bigger. This research mix Topioca by 1:2, 2:1 proportion. And the starch glue makes by the pure Topioca sticks the fluid by way of tensile testing machine analysis. Know that the Topioca mix are more, the intensity is then bigger. And the starch glue by the pure Topioca have most greatly adhesive strength.
