Abstract:	在民主社會中，政府實施國民年金制度是一項重要的社會褔利政策。惟每一個國家所實施的國民年金制度之內容，可能因國情不同，經濟條件互異，或實施方法不同而產生差異。本研究主要是針對國民年金的意義、類型、理論等加以說明，並對各主要國家實施國民年金制度的方式加以比較分析，以作為我國未來實施國民年金制度的參考。
