    摘要: 本研究擬將 PP/PET 的回收纖維與低熔點PET 纖維進行不織布的織造工程,變化針軋密度將纖維網經過針軋加固,此製程設計係藉由纖維與纖維間之糾纏性,以達到複合補強作用。再以不織布與尼龍66 格網之間鋪疊PP 廢棄布邊並摻入回收木屑,並置入烘箱進行熱烘黏合處理製備成環保型植生毯。接續進行製品之相關物理性能測試以修正製程參數獲得最佳化條件。由於PP/PET 纖維、回收木屑以及PP 廢棄布邊皆是選用回收再利用之材料,符合現今社會之再生環保訴求。製程設計中使用回收木屑可增加植生毯之吸水能力,而尼龍66 格網則能提供植生毯該有之強力,且賦予固定PP 廢棄布邊及回收木屑之效益,使其具保護植生毯不受雨水直接沖蝕之功能。研究過程中將設計不同的回收材料、加工方式及其功能性,分別針對再生環保型植生毯在於不同用途下所必須具備之特性進行開發及研究,將可賦予再生環保型植生毯不同之市場導向並進一步提升產品的競爭力。藉由本研究計畫的執行將可使PP 廢料回收再生製品應用於水土保持等環境保護相關標的的用途。
    In this research, we plan to fabricate the nonwoven with recycled PP/PET fibers and low melting point PET fibers according to the nonwoven engineering. First, we will change the needle-punched density in order to needle-punch and reinforce the fibrous net and such design is for the composite reinforcement by means of the fibrous tangles. Then the nonwoven and Nylon 66 geogrid with inserts of both PP selvage waste and recycled wood flour will be placed inside the oven for the thermal bonding so as to form the vegetation which is with attributes of regeneration and environmental protection. Finally, the vegetation will be tested in the relevant physical properties, which allows us to revise the manufacture until we obtain the optimum manufacture parameters. On the other hand, PP/PET fibers, wood flour and PP selvage waste are all recycled, which fulfills the appeals of the environmental protection. What is more, the recycled wood flour increases the absorbent ability of the vegetation; meanwhile, Nylon 66 geogrid provides the vegetation with due strength and immobilizes the PP selvage waste and wood flour so as to prevent the vegetation from washout. During the research process, we will design diverse recycle materials, manufactures and functions for the vegetation and further develop and explore the expected characters of the vegetation for different usages. Thus the vegetation we design in this research will be market-oriented so that the products made of the vegetation will be competitive on the market. To implement this research project will enable the regenerative products made of PP waste to be applied in the usages related to environmental protection like conservation of water and soil and so on.
