本研究目的主要是在探討體育校院學生從事休閒活動之阻礙因素及實際參與的情形。方法:以國立臺灣體育學院、國立體育大學、臺北市立體育學院之學生為研究對象,所使用的問卷工具為參考學者Crawford、Godbey與Jackson之休閒阻礙架構為理論基礎以及各個休閒阻礙學者之研究結果,再依照本研究之需求整合修改為『體育校院學生休閒阻礙因素之研究調查表』,進行問卷調查,再將所得的資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較做整理分析。結果:運動專項學生沒有規律從事休閒活動習慣為75.4%,每週參與最多二至三次,每次從事休閒活動的時間無特定對象一起從事休閒活動為多數,且選擇假日與非假日兩種時間來從事休閒活動。在從事休閒活動項目方面主要以娛樂型為最多人從事,專項運動學生從事休閒活動以個人阻礙因素面最大,不同性別之專項運動學生在個人阻礙及人際阻礙因素上女生顯著高於男生。結論:體育校院學生從事休閒活動以靜態為主,且從事時間由於訓練因素無法達到兩小時以上。
The Analysis of Recreation Barrier in Sports Related Major Students

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the leisure constraint factors and recreational participation of sports related major students. According to the Leisure Constraint Scale of Crawford, Godbey and Jackson and various leisure constraints research, then integrated the needs of this study was modified to “ The Recreation Berries In sports related major students questionnaire”. The data were collected through self-administered questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method were used to analyze the date. Results of the study were as follows: Law on sports major students were not accustomed to engaging in leisure activities was 75.4%, up to two to three times per week to participate, each time engaging in leisure activities with no specific target for the majority of engaging in leisure activities, and select holidays and non-holiday two time to engage in leisure activities. Projects engaged in leisure activities, mainly for the most people are type of entertainment, sports students to engage in leisure activities the most significant aspect followed by “individual interior constraint”. “individual interior constraint” and “personal inter-relationship constraint” to female students was significantly higher than boys. Conclusion: Sports colleges students to engage in leisure activities mainly static, and in time due to training factors can not be reached over two hours.
