本研究旨在瞭解婚暴婦女在表達性藝術治療團體中所主觀知覺到的療效,研究者以參與婦女救援基金會的婚暴團體成員為研究對象,採用團體結束後的焦點團體訪談與個別訪談,透過成員的分享以瞭解本團體對成員的效益何在。研究資料包括:團體結束後的焦點團體訪談、個別訪談,以及研究者參與團體的觀察記錄,研究資料以質性研究分析法進行之。研究結果的呈現分為:(一)工作團隊模式建構團體的支持架構;(二)長期穩定開設的團體有助於提升婚暴婦女的安全感與信任感;(三)同質性高的團體治療有助婚暴婦女統整婚暴創傷經驗;(四)表達性藝術治療作品的具象化、持久性、可攜帶性,也在團體結束後,為團體成員帶來後續的影響效力。本研究根據上述結果對未來團體工作提出相關討論與建議。
This study aims to understand the therapeutic effects that are perceived subjectively by abused women in expressive art therapy groups. The researcher chose members that participate in the domestic violence groups in the Women's Rescue Foundation as the subjects and adopted focus group interview and individual interview after the groups end. Through the members’ sharing we can find out what the benefits that the groups can bring to them. The research data include: focus group interview and individual interview after the groups ended, and the observations of the researcher that participates in the groups. Then the researcher analyzes the data with the qualitative research method.The results show: (a) the team-model constructs the support structures of the groups; (b) the groups offered stably for long-term does contribute to improving the sense of security and trust for abused women; (c) group therapy of abused women, which has high homogeneity, does help them to integrate the domestic traumatic experiences; (d) The concretion, durability, portability of expressive art therapy works can also bring continued impacts and effectiveness to abused women after the groups end. According to the results, this study proposes the related discussions and recommendations for teamwork in the future.
