    題名: 我國維安特勤隊成員組織認同感之研究

    摘要: 恐怖主義活動的氾濫,在全球普遍滋生與蔓延,對全世界政治與經濟穩定產生了深遠影響,同樣也使國際安全形勢出現了變化。我國警察維安特勤隊,為國內反恐怖攻擊執行單位,在完善的反恐體系之中,一個能夠有效打擊各種恐怖組織與恐怖活動的特種部隊,是重要應變處理機制。要瞭解我國是否具有反恐恐怖力量的其中一個面向,就是要了解維安特勤隊。
    維安特勤隊,不僅僅為國家基層執法人員,更肩負穩定國內治安的責任,對於防治恐怖攻擊,特勤隊成員責無旁貸。在如此崇高的組織目標設定下、我國維安特勤隊成員是否上下一心,能同為組織目標而努力不懈、維安特勤隊成員是否維繫著忠誠、高度的認同。
    本文旨在瞭解我國維安特勤隊成員組織認同現況,對維安特勤隊組織與特勤成員間親疏關係,及造成此種關係的主要因素作深入了解,希望得出有關理論之綜合發現,作為改進維安特勤隊行政運作以及進一步研究者之參考。
    本研究除參與觀察外並以維安特勤隊為樣本,採取普查方式,共發放118份問卷,回收108份,排除無效問卷3份,共得可分析的有效問卷105份,佔當時母體數97%。研究結果發現:
    兼任行政工作者,因有較多的參與涉入,對於維安特勤有較高度的組織認同。已婚成員比未婚成員對於維安特勤隊有較高的忠誠度。資深人員有較高的「忠誠感」,不同職務之間對維安特勤隊的「忠誠感」則有明顯差異存在。維安特勤隊成員對組織的組織認同4項變項間,「休戚感」、「牽連感」、「忠誠感」皆有正向的關聯性,成員對維安特勤隊的組織認同,各因素之間的相關分析結果均達顯著水準,且相關係數均達.40以上,各因數之間均達到明顯的中度相關以上的程度,其中以「牽連感」與「休戚感」之間的相關係數達.647為最高,且對於組織的「疏離感」相對偏低。整體而言,維安特勤隊的成員組織認同感是正向的。

    With terrorism activities spread all over the world, not only stability of politics and economy has been deeply affected, but also the environment of international security has been changed. Taiwan Wen-An Special Service Commando is a domestic anti-terrorism executive unite. It’s an extremely important mechanism to unit an excellent special team to defeat effectively terrorist organizations and activities in a perfect anti-terrorist system. To discover whether or not we have the ability of anti-terrorism, then we need to have deeper inside vision of Wen-An Special Service Commando.
    Wen-An Special Service Commando not just one of the national basic enforcement officers, they carry much responsibilities to keep the society stable. They can’t just walk away when facing the terrorism attack problems. With such noble ambitions, these are serious issues about whether Wen-An Special Service Commando are of one mind and keep highly loyal recognition.
    This article is to understand Organizational Identification of Wen-An Special Service Commando members, the relationships are close or not and to understand the main causes of the relationships. I hope to discover something and get the conclusion through the theories, in order to improve executive operation and provide a example for the next research.
    This research including participates in the observation and general survey in Wen-An Special Service Commando. I made 118 questionnaires, and retrieved 108 ones, 3 useless ones included. In the end, we had 105 effective questionnaires to analyze.
    In this research, we found out that: as enforcement and executive officers, they would have much more higher organization recognition; married members have higher loyalty than unmarried ones. Senior ones have higher loyal sense, and there are obvious differences of loyal sense between different positions. Organization identification includes 4 ellements, and loyalty, cohesion, involvement make a positive connection among Wen-An Special Service Commando. The analyze results approve to be outstanding standard level. And the correlation between the factors is above .4. All elements are apparently up to middle stander level. The highest number is .647 between “cohesion” and “involvement”. But the number of “alienation” is apparently too low. Over all, the organization identification of Wen-An Special Service Commando is positive.
