企業內的主管在其管理上的效能,是以如何去影響部屬,達成組織的目標而決定。管理者更需要利用策略及方法使得在日常工作中例行性及非例行性的事務能夠順利進行。而主管會運用策略來執行其政治行為來達成企業內權力運作,進而增進其本身工作績效與企業目標。本研究在探討空降經理人員對職場政治行為的影響,將空降經理人員區分為企業第二代及外聘經理人,以瞭解空降部隊在其權力來源背景不同下,經由與一般性內升管理者比較分析,其行使政治行為的程度上的差異程度。經實證分析後,本研究發現空降經理人員其對部屬實行職場政治行為的程度相較於一般性直升的管理者高。本研究經由研究結果討論後,對未來的研究方向及理論實務上的管理意涵提出建議。

The research discusses how parachute manager influence the employees’ political behavior in the work place. The Airborne troops divided into the second generation of enterprise and the external manager therefore to understand that the sources of Airborne troops from different backgrounds in its authority, its degree of implementation of political behavior.
After empirical analysis, this research found that Airborne troops forces to implement their subordinates downward the extent of political behavior is higher than the manager who was promoted from the internal. The research discusses the meaning in the theoretical and practical implications, both for putting forward the proposal to future research direction.
