Abstract:	摘要 2008年中華民國第十二任總統大選，國民黨的總統候選人馬英九勝出，結束民進黨的八年執政，台灣因而產生了第二次的政黨輪替。在民進黨的八年執政期間，對中共採取衝撞策略，兩岸關係日漸惡化；直至馬英九上台，採取「政冷經熱」的開放性大陸政策，兩岸關係始得好轉，並取得了兩岸自分治以來難得的絕佳氣氛。此種現象也反映在中共媒體上，中共媒體向來被喻為「黨的喉舌」，其報導內容均以黨的指導與政策為原則。因此本研究將針對台灣第二次政黨輪替前後，以《人民日報》為樣本，探討中國大陸媒體如何利用其報導塑造台灣形象，而在陸媒上呈現出來的台灣形象，是否因中共在台灣政黨輪替前後的對台政策有所調整而產生歧異；另外，政黨輪替後兩岸的關係漸入佳境，中共在對台態度上看似有軟化趨勢，本研究試圖從《人民日報》的對台報導中推敲出政黨輪替後，中共對台灣的態度是否真正軟化退讓，或是表軟實硬、外弱內強。關鍵字：台灣形象、二次政黨輪替、人民日報、內容分析 Abstract Ma Ying-jeou , who is the KMT presidential candidate ,winning in the election of 12th of President of the Republic of China on 2008, ending the eight-year-rule of Democratic Progressive Party , taiwan resulting in a second ruling party. Relationship between Taiwan and China was getting worse gradually due to the collision strategy which carried out by Democratic Progressive Party,since 8 years ago.The condition was improved after "cold politics and hot economy " carried out by Ma Ying-jeou . This phenomenon was also reflected in the Chinese media. Chinese media has always been hailed as "the mouthpiece of the party". the contents of the report are all due to the party-guiding principles and policies. Therefore, this study will discuss about how China media ,for example,”People’s Daily News”, bulid the image of taiwan’s by using their repots and whether there’s difference between before and after the Political Party Change on Taiwan.Besides, the relationship between China and Taiwan is getting better after the Political Party Change on Taiwan. China has softened their attitude and become friendlier in recent times. This study attempts to scrutiny on reports of "People's Daily News" for whether if China is really soften their attitudeafter after the Political Party Change on Taiwan or just scratch the surface.
