In this paper, my research topic is based on Beethoven's Variations for cello and piano in E flat major WoO 46 and Chopin's cello sonata in g minor op. 65.
The cello works of Beethoven are the most classic for cello players, so the works of stringed music in the earlier is worth to be discussed.
Chopin's cello sonata in g minor op. 65 is one of the most representative chamber music by himself since these two works are at different stages, so we will discuss the backgrounds, musical forms, harmony and performance interpretation of two works that meet the composer’s original ideas and show the personal playing style contemporary.
