    Title: L-抗壞血酸系抗氧化劑於超臨界二氧化碳中之溶解度

    Abstract: 科技隨著時間在進步,人們的平均年齡也慢慢有增加的趨勢,人類對健康越來越講究,所以有關抗氧化劑的藥品可以讓人們所吃的食品保持新鮮度而被重視。
    本研究採用超臨界二氧化碳進行抗壞血酸鈉(Sodium Ascorbate)和L-抗壞血酸棕櫚酸酯(Ascorbyl Palmitate)的溶解度實驗,進行超臨界二氧化碳對抗壞血酸鈉和L-抗壞血酸棕櫚酸酯這兩種藥品溶解度的測試,利用UV-Visible來檢驗二氧化碳臨界態對這兩種藥品的溶解的濃度,試著找出抗壞血酸鈉和L-抗壞血酸棕櫚酸酯在二氧化碳臨界態溫度和壓力的影響。研究壓力範圍是從10 MPa、12 MPa、14 MPa、16 MPa、18 MPa、20 MPa、22 MPa和24MPa,溫度範圍313.15 K、323.15 K和333.15 K下所進行,二氧化碳排放流速設定5.0L/min下進行溶解度實驗。
    利用超臨界二氧化碳為溶劑來溶解固態L-抗壞血酸鈉和L-抗壞血酸棕櫚酸酯的二成分系統,而後再以UV-Visible來測量其溶解度,將所得到的數值帶入MST & Chrastil model,並以數據回歸來進行熱力學模擬的計算與分析。

    Technology advances over time, people's average age has been rising , more and more about human health, so the anti-oxidant drugs may allow people to eat food to maintain freshness and taken seriously.
    In this study, supercritical carbon dioxide to sodium ascorbate (Sodium Ascorbate) and L-ascorbic palmitate acid (Ascorbyl Palmitate) solubility experiments, the supercritical carbon dioxide on sodium ascorbate and L-ascorbic acid palmitate solubility test of these two drugs, the use of UV-Visible to test the critical state of these two kinds of carbon dioxide dissolved in the concentration of drugs, try to find sodium ascorbate and L-ascorbic acid palmitate in the carbon dioxide critical-state temperature and pressure.
    Study the pressure range from 10 MPa, 12 MPa, 14 MPa, 16 MPa, 18 MPa, 20 MPa, 22 MPa and 24 MPa, temperature 313.15 K, 323.15 K and 333.15 K under the carbon dioxide emissions under the flow rate set 5.0L/min solubility experiments.
