本研究旨在瞭解桃園縣大園鄉立托兒所家長托育服務品質需求與滿意
度之現況,並探討不同組別之幼托園所家長在托育服務品質與滿意度
之差異。本研究使用調查研究法,以大園鄉(十九個村)為研究範圍,
調查工具為「桃園縣大園鄉立托兒所家長對托兒所服務品質需求與滿
意度量表問卷」,問卷之發放採郵寄至大園鄉立托兒所各班各所,請
老師協助發放問卷、教導家長填寫及協助回收,總共對桃園縣大園鄉
幼兒家長發出604份問卷,問卷於五月底回收,經整理清點,統計回收
有540份,回收率達89.40%,其中剔除漏填問項或填答不確實之無效
問卷16份,總共回收有效問卷計524份,有效比率為92.87%。問卷資料
輸入後以描述性統計、T檢定、重要表現程度分析法,以瞭解家長在服
務品質的需求度及滿意度,希望藉此結果提供在未來服務上一些建
議。研究結果發現:
一、不同性別的家長對大園鄉立托兒所服務品質需求在課程教學上有
顯著差異存在,且女性需求高於男性需求。
二、不同年齡的家長對大園鄉立托兒所服務品質需求在課程教學上有
顯著差異存在,且30 歲以下的家長需求均高於50 歲以上的需求。

三、不同教育程度的家長對大園鄉立托兒所服務品質需求在親師溝
通、課程教學上有顯著差異,且大專程度以上的家長需求均高於
國中以下的需求。
四、不同職業的家長對大園鄉立托兒所服務品質需求在親師溝通、課
程教學上有顯著差異,且半專業人員及一般性公務人員、專業人
員及中級行政人員、高級專業人員及高級行政人員的家長需求均
高於技術性工人的需求。
五、不同年齡的家長對大園鄉立托兒所服務品質滿意程度在師資素
質、行政支援上有顯著差異,且30-39歲的家長滿意程度均高於
40-49的需求。
並根據研究結果,提出具體建議供相關教育單位與後續研究者參考。

Abstract
The current paper aims to explore the parents’ needs and satisfaction
on the quality of service provided by Dayuan Township Nurseries
(Taoyuan County) nowadays, and consequently to scrutinize the
discrepancy of satisfaction among parents of various groups. The study
adopts Investigation Research Method, targeting at Dayuan Township
(consisting of 19 villages) with the “Measurement Questionnaire of
Parents’ Needs and Satisfaction on the Quality of Service Provided by
Dayuan Township Nurseries (Taoyuan County)” The questionnaires were
mailed to Dayuan Township Nurseries, requesting teachers to deliver these
copies around, assist parents in filling out the questionnaire and then help
with retrieving the copies. A total of 604 copies of questionnaire were
delivered; and having them returned by the end of May; a total of 540
questionnaires were returned with a return rate of 89.40%. Ineffective
copies with omissions or inaccuracy were 16, which made 524 effective
copies. Rate of Effectiveness was 92.87%. The paper uses descriptive
analysis, t-test, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) as research tools to
explore the parents’ needs and satisfaction on the quality of service of the
abovementioned nurseries, and subsequently provides some suggestions for
future’s undertakings. Research results indicate that
1. For parents of different gender, the needs on teaching quality of Dayuan township
nurseries differ significantly; females have higher needs than males.
2. For parents of different age, the needs on teaching quality of Dayuan township
nurseries differ significantly; parents under the age of 30 have higher needs than
those aged above 50.
3. For parents from different educational backgrounds the needs on parent-teacher
communication and teaching quality of Dayuan township nurseries differ

significantly; parents with college diplomas (or above) have higher needs than those
with junior high school education (or below).
4. For parents from different walks of life, the needs on parent-teacher communication
and teaching quality of Dayuan township nurseries differ significantly; parents who
work as semi-professionals, civil servants, professionals, medium-class
administrative employees, higher professionals and higher administrative managers,
have higher needs than those who work as technicians or workers.
5. For parents of different age, the satisfaction on quality of teachers and
administrative support of Dayuan township nurseries differ significantly; parents
aged between 30-39 have better satisfaction over those aged between 40-49.
According to research results, the paper proceeds to provide the authorities
concerned and researchers with recommendations as future reference.
