    Abstract: 中國大陸身為一個集權國家,在媒體管制上從以往以來都呈現嚴格管制的狀態,但是隨著改革開放以來,媒體在管制上也有了不一樣的轉變,2008年奧運的舉辦、汶川大地震的報導等事件,給予了中國大陸的媒體有不同的聲音,中國大陸媒體管制開放程度也就有所爭議。媒體產業身為文化產業的核心,兩者之間的關係本就十分密切,文化產業的發展會帶動媒體產業的發展,在中國大陸現在大陸推動文化產業的同時,對媒體產業亦會造成影響。本文就中國大陸媒體管制在改革開放以後的轉變與文化產業發展,來試圖說明兩者之間的關係。

    Mainland China as a totalitarian country, control of the media from the past been presented on the strict control of the state. But with the reform and opening up, media control has also been on a different shift. The 2008 Olympics held in and Wenchuan earthquake report such incidents, given the media in mainland China have different voices. Also, the degree of china media control is in dispute. Media industry as the core of the cultural industry, the relationship between the two very closely. The cultural industries will lead the media industry in mainland China. Now mainland China is promoting cultural industries, the media industry will be affected. In this thesis, researched the media control in China since reform and opening up the changes and development of cultural industries, to try to explain the relationship between the two.
