    摘要: 青少年是社會最珍貴的人力資源,為國家未來競爭力之所在;有健全的青少年,才會有健全的明日社會。然而對適值青春期青少年而言,意義特別重大,能夠從休閒活動參與中,得到不同休閒效益,不僅能紓解壓力、減少情緒偏差行為的出現,亦可以培養興趣,達到多元學習的目標。本研究從休閒的角度,來探討軍校生對休閒活動參與行為、休閒活動參與動機及休閒效益三者之間的關係。研究結果分析如下:
    一、軍校生將近一半的多數人,都是喜歡從事團體性質的活動,以體育性質的
    活動為主,另外有四分之一的人,參加康樂性質的小團體活動。
    二、軍校生休閒活動參與動機上,在「社交支持」、「身心健康」、「知能成長」及
    「自我肯定」上都有明顯表現,在年齡及年級上呈現顯著的差異。
    三、軍校生休閒活動參與的休閒效益上,在健康心理、人際支持、生活擴展及知
    能成長上都有明顯表現,在年齡及年級上呈現顯著的差異。
    四、軍校生休閒活動參與動機與休閒效益上,均有顯著相關。
    五、軍校生在休閒參與的次數與休閒效益上有顯著相關,休閒活動次數愈多相對
    於體能健康的休閒效益表現也愈高。
    因此,越早開始休閒教育,將有助於他們在身心靈方面,能有更健康的發展。同時增加軍校生參與團體性質的活動,並且在公益活動上的表現,展現出軍校生的另一面特質,進而從參與過程中,達到多元化的學習與發展。
    The young people are the most precious manpower in society and the competitiveness of future country, have the healthy young people and will have perfect tomorrow. However, it has significance for young people in youth. It can obtain different benefits from leisure activities which not only relieve stress and reduce the emotional deviant behavior but also cultivate interests and achieve multiple learning goals. Therefore, this research discusses the cadet leisure activities participative behavior, leisure activities participative motive and leisure benefits from the leisure point, the relationship among the three. The results were as follows:
    1. Nearly half of cadets are like to engage in the quality of group activity and mostly by the sports. Besides, there are a quarter of the people to participate in small group of recreational activity.
    2. The cadets of leisure activities participative motive have obvious performance in “social support”, “health”, “knowledge growth” and “self-assurance”. There are obvious difference between age and grade.
    3. The cadets participate in leisure activities of leisure benefits have obvious performance in healthy psychology, interpersonal support, life extension and knowledge growth. There are obvious difference between age and grade.
    4. The cadets participate in leisure activities and leisure benefits have obvious relation.
    5. The cadets participate in leisure activities and leisure benefits have obvious relation. The more the number of leisure activities, physical health of leisure benefits is also higher.
    Therefore, the earlier to start leisure education will help them more healthy development in physical and mental aspects. While increasing the cadet to participate group activities and in the performance of public activities to show the other side of characteristic, achieve the various learning and development from participating process.
