Abstract:	本計畫之目的乃為彙編「河川生態工法」實務手冊，提供河川區域之整治工作，在規劃與設計階段就導入河川生態工程理念與設計法；在實務面則擬訂材料品質要求與施工規範補充說明，以利工程進行及完工驗收；進而推動志工觀念，藉由民眾參與生態工程之維護與管理，以達河防構造物保固之效，期能發揮防災、保育、休閒等多重社會永續發展之機能。
