Abstract:	本研究以探討我國農地政策中有關農舍興建規定為目的,分析現行農地興建農舍實際作為與所遭遇的困難、研析技術性上之可行作法,進而研提相關策略供行政機關於施政規劃上之參考.在作業方式方面,以蒐集文獻、並訪問相關人員與討論為主,建立本研究之分析架構和理論基礎.在達成效益方面,以瞭解影響台灣農舍興建之影響因素、具體分析農舍興建政策的內涵與實際做法,提出有助於台灣農地興建農舍的政策性建議.
