This paper analyses current situation of domestic futures market from different aspects including listing futures products、transaction、practitioners etc., and explores the developing trend of global futures market which covers product innovations、cross border competition、technical promotion、exchanges consolidation and listing etc. Finally, it analyses the current difficulties and the future developing directions of domestic futures market.
