    摘要: 都市綠化是生態城市永續發展之重要項目之一,不僅能調節都市生態環境,亦能提供人們愉悅的居住及休憩環境。都市綠化環境也透過綠覆蓋面積、每人享有公園綠地面積等,表徵當地環境品質。本研究主要是以遙測與GIS軟體評估出台北市都市地區的綠覆程度及人均公園綠地面積等現況,並提出相關改善策略。首先是透過遙測判讀出全市NDVI值及GIS繪出台北市公園綠地的空間分佈情形,用以探討全市及各里的分佈狀況,並利用數據與圖表說明綠覆程度的變化,以及如何有效增加其綠面積部分,如此才能改善都市地區的綠環境。研究結果顯示目前北市綠地率約爲3.3平方公分/人,綠覆率平均NDVI值爲0.305,屬於植被綠覆尚可之情況,但在市中心裡,其NDVI值皆呈現負值,這也是需要改善的,如此才能早日擺脫水泥叢林的環境。並且我們可以提高都市綠意、發展都市農業、增加綠覆率,這才能夠達到永續發展的目標。
    The sustainable planning of city has favored the implementation and conservation of greenery in the urban context. Urban green space and the related greenery coverage of the urban environment have been associated with urban recreation and the ecological quality of towns. Therefore, this research is mainly to assess and issue covering the intensity green of the area of Taipei, which takes green areas of each person and NDVI value (normalized difference vegetation index) methods by RS and GIS software. Utilize data and chart to explain and cover the change of the green area, and how to increase its green area part effectively, could improve the green environment of city. The result of study reveals the green land rate of Taipei is about 3.3m^2/person at present, and the green covering still be part of the situation that average NDVI is 0.305 in the whole city, but in the city center, its NDVI value all presents negative value, this needs to be improved, could get rid of the environment of the jungle of cement as soon as possible so. And we can improve the green purpose in the city, develop urban agriculture of city, increase green covering rate, this can reach the goal developed continuously forever.
