摘要: | 「雜著筆記」者,係指所載不止一事、一人、一物或一書考證之圖書。子部雜家類中之「雜學」、「雜著」、「雜說」及部分「雜品」之書屬之。宋代雜著筆記近百種,所載文獻繁夥。以圖書文獻言,頗載辨偽、佚書、印刷版刻、校讐、制度、史傳等文獻。以非圖書文獻言,多載石刻、金器、建築、器物、書畫及風俗等文獻。均可供考文徵獻者取資。本文就宋代雜著筆記所載佚書,擇二十一種,予以考述。此等佚書資料,從文獻角度而言,最顯著之價值有三:一、可補史書藝文志及公私藏書目錄之不備;二、可供輯佚之資,藉以考見佚書之內容;三、所載人物,可補史傳之不足。此外,所載佚書中,頗載當時制度、物產、中外交通、地理、風俗等,均可供研究者取資。
Miscellaneous writings are hereby defined as works that offer verifying accounts on more than one occurrence, one individual, one thing or any one book which fall into the categories of tsa-hsueh 雜學, tsa-chu 雜著, tsa-shuo 雜說, and tsa-ping 雜品 in the tsu-pu 子部, or philosophy class of traditional Chinese book classification . Existing miscellaneous writings of the Sung Dynasty exceed more than one hundred titles, and quantities of works are cited in these titles. To the bibliography - and documentation- minded, the authentication, lost works, printing and woodblock carving, bibliographic verification, social institution and historical biographies are source materials of great importance. To scholars, other disciplines, books that address stone inscriptions, gold wares, architecture, objets d'art, work of painting and calligraphy, and folk customs are certainly indispensable. This paper covers twenty one lost titles cited in the miscellaneous writings of the Sung Dynasty. The value of these lost titles comprises three-fold: (1) augmenting the "Art and Literature" sections in the official histories and all existing catalogs of rare imprints, (2) providing a glimpse of the content of the lost works, and (3) the information on individuals may supplement biographical materials found in official histories . In addition, the social institution, local products of different regions, east-west communication, geography and folk customs are materials with great referential value. |
