本研究主要係以純棉織物以奈米級TiO2(二氧化鈦)複合四種催化劑(銀粉、氯化鎂、二氧化矽、二氧化鋯),並以多元羧酸為交鏈劑經紫外光作用下行光催化反應,而獲致無甲醛之放久免燙棉織物。其中改變複合催化劑濃度混合比、紫外光照射時間及交鏈劑種類等條件進行加工,以探討經處理後之棉織物乾、濕縐摺回復角、強力損失率(%)、白度損失率(%)、接枝率(%)、接枝效率(%)、柔軟度增加率(%)及放久免燙等級(DP。由實驗結果顯示,乾、濕縐摺回復角、接枝率、接枝效率及柔軟度皆隨複合催化劑混合用量比例及光照時間的增加而有上升的趨勢,但白度及強力卻呈現下降的趨勢。
In this study, the non-formaldehyde crease-resist finishing of cotton fabrics using the olycarboxylic acid as cross-linking agent, and nanometer grade TiO2 as catalyst and compound four catalyst (Ag, MgCb, SiO2, zrO2) under UV light reactive has been investigated. The influence of different catalyst concentrations, the UV light reactive time and a veriety of cross-linking agents were studied. The effect of dry and wet wrinkle recovery angle, the strength rate of decrease (%), the whiteness rate of decrease (%), grafting yield (%), grafting efficiency (%), the softness rate of increase (%) and durable press rating. The results indicated that dry and ratio of compound catalyst and UV light reactive time, but decreased with the whiteness, strength and softness rate
