摘要: | 唐代吐蕃的宰相制度在吐蕃二百餘年的國祚之中,於政治制度當中最具變化。早 期由贊普任命一人單獨擔任宰相,官銜為Blon chen po或Blon ched,漢譯為「大論」。 此獨相權勢浩大,由其主掌吐蕃政務及軍政,因而產生弊端,導致獨相架空王室的惡 局。 吐蕃王室被迫於西元六九九年殄滅攬權的大論家族以後,引進李唐眾相制的辦 法,任命多人為 Chab srid kyi blon po chen po bkav la gtogs pa,漢譯為「宰相 同平章事」,亦即將相權分散於多人同時執掌,避免一人獨攬相權的弊端。王室因而得 以掌握政局,並得以遂行王室意志,將宮廷信仰一佛教定為國教。 此後再任命佛僧擔任宰相,官銜為Ban de bkav chen po la gtogs pa,漢譯為「僧 相」。此僧相係於眾相之上再增設者,地位超越傳統的宰相「大論」,形同早期的獨相。 此舉有類架空原有眾相的職權,致引起群臣的反彈,卒釀成吐蕃王朝崩潰的主因之一。 本計劃就針對上述吐蕃宰相制度之源流、職權、任命、演進,以及對氏族生態、 政治運作、政局發展、君臣關係,與李唐文化關連性等主題,撰寫成一有糸統的學術 性專書。
With in more than two hundred years of Tibetan empire’s history, the political system of Tibetan chief cabinet ministers had shown various changes during Tang’s period. In its early age, King (btsan-po) appoints just one man as prime minister, his title was Blon chen po or Blon ched, it was translated by Chinese “da-blon”(chief prime minister). His authority was powerful, who has in charge of Tibetan political and military affairs. Therefore, cause disadvantages to turn royal into a mere figurehead. Tibetan royalty had been forced clean up “da-blon” families at A.D. 699. To lead prime ministers system from Tang. Appoints several person as “Chab srid kyi blon po chen po bkav la gtogs pa”, also known as chief cabinet ministers. It means the authority of prime minister has been separate into committee members. This will avoid individual monopolizing the authority of prime minister. The royalty put state under control and ruled their willing properly, then established court belief “Buddhism” as state religion. After that appoints another Buddhist monk as chief cabinet ministers, names as “Ban de bkav chen po la gtogs pa”, his status was similar with “da-blon”(chief prime minister) at early ages. Such political arrangement been considered by civil official to be built on stilts. Finally, this appointment derived from the empire doom. This project has concentrate on the history of chief cabinet ministers, authority, appointment, evolution and the ecology of royal families, political operation, situation, relationship among the monarch and his subjects, also the connection with Tang empire. In conclusion, all the subjects shown above will be published a serial monographs. |
